A typical workflow is underlined, where a user loads gene expression scores from an Excel spreadsheet (which was exported by MAS 5.0 software), and then the data undergoes transformation, normalization, thresholding, filtering using various methods including t-tests/Anova, PCA and ClusteringUSAGE INSTRUCTIONS:There are three MATLAB scripts in this zipped archive, and three associated Excel data files.The user should download, unzip and save the files in the same folder.
